Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager with the vision of serving steel mills all over the world.

As an Account Manager:

  • Bookkeeping and financial transaction recording
  • Well averse with Tally accounting software.
  • Well Averse with VAT documentation
  • ISO 9001: 2015 documentation and Auditing.
  • DUNS documentation and Auditing
  • Regular Internal financial audits
  • Well averse with LCs and international trade documents.
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash Flow Management and statement
  • Renewals and statutory licensing
  • Study financial instruments and present opinion reports
  • Follow up on all receivables for early settlements
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Tally, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Word)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Sales or relevant field
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) must be qualified.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Account Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
  • LC & CAD: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Trading: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Tally: 8 years (Preferred)
