Job Description
- Your range of tasks is very extensive and varied with many accounting tasks
- You are the right hand of the business managers
- Stock management and inventory monitoring
- Follow up on orders, stock and purchases
- Accounting: processing and entering purchase invoices
- Invoicing: preparing sales invoices based on delivery notes,
- Create and manage new articles
- Adjust and follow up prices.
- Day closures: At the end of the working day, you count the contents of the various cash registers and process that data
- Follow-up promotions and adjustments in weekly advertising brochure
- Processing of customer data in ERP system
Job Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of the UAE, good knowledge of Englishs a plus
- Bachelor diploma
- Minimum of a first solid experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge Word and Excel
- Analytically
- Experience with an ERP system is an extra asset
