What you'll be doing

LVMH Fashion Group ME are seeking a dynamic and accomplished candidate for the position of Accounting & Tax Manager to be based from our Dubai head office covering the ME region. You will work under the direction of the CFO & MD, whilst partnering with key stakeholders in their markets and the wider finance function.

You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, possess high level of professionalism and communication skill

What you’ll need to succeed

Accounting :

  • Manage & oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare and review appropriate ledger accounting data
  • Maintain the general ledger system and prepare monthly financial statements
  • Provide accurate data and recommendations to controlling team and CFO
  • Ensure that all accounting processes align with IFRS and current local financial legislations Ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Improve processes and initiate corrective actions
  • Help to uniformize processes between all brands at local level
  • Reporting of the P&L and BS to HQ


  • Facilitate and manage the preparation of all the company’s tax forms (tax returns, income tax, withholding tax)
  • Ensure accurate, timely filing of all tax forms
  • Plan for and develop overall filing calendar
  • Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments
  • Help in the frame of the new income tax implementation in the coming months
  • Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects


  • Help controlling team with all compliance requirements
  • Ensure a robust control environment in line with Group standards and policies
