Job Description

  • Looking for applicants with minimum 3 and maximum 5 years working as office admin assistant in food & beverage companies.
  • Office Support work in the department
  • Attending phone calls and pass message to the manager
  • Replying to the email messages
  • Making reports in MS Excel
  • Coordinate with other departments for office operations
  • Preparation of filing list and organize the filing system in the office
