We are a leading Holiday Homes Rental Company based in Dubai.

This opportunity is for Experiences Admin Executive with Hotel or Holiday Homes Experience to join our team.

We are looking for detail-oriented Admin Executive to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services.

To be successful as a Admin Executive you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.

Admin ExecutiveJob Description:

  • Handling and managing reservations process through various communication platforms
  • Monitor room sales an improve sales technique
  • Handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of reservation
  • Confirm and process reservation requests.
  • Ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
  • Help maximize room sales by upselling to a higher category
  • Maintain and update all room reservation transactions, room availabilities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
  • Manage both local and International portals (airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Dubizzle, Byuth)

Admin Executive Requirements:

  • Experience working in sales , Reservations or public relations, preferably in the hospitality.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Expert in Microsoft office suite.
  • Working hrs: 9 am – 6 pm
  • All inclusive salary AED 3,000 only.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
