SAM BOX BABY CARE REQUISITES TRADING LLC

Admins Assistant, based in Dubai

– Expert in excel/power point presentations/ data management

– Well verse with computer

– Graduate degree

– Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. … Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

– Basic knowledge about accounting & HR.

– Organize and schedule interviews/appointments and meetings

– Maintain contact lists

– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

– Develop and maintain a filing system

– Submit and reconcile expense reports

– Provide support to visitors/customers

– Provide information by answering questions and requests

– Research and creates presentations

– Generate reports/MIS

– Prepare and monitor invoices

– Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

– Write letters and emails on behalf of office staff

– Cover the reception desk when required

– Maintain computer and manual filing systems

– Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

– Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

– Answer telephone calls and pass them on

– Manage sales staff travel chart, coordination with other staff based in Dubai/India for fulfilling the duties and details.

– Maintain up-to-date employee holiday/other records

– Greet and assist visitors/customers to the office, serving refreshments to visitors/customers/management.

– Fast learner with details.

Working – 8 AM till 7 PM. Sunday off

Location- Al Quoz-1. DUBAI

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Computer: 2 years (Required)
