Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and documents. Organize, secure, and manage all files, records, money, and money equivalents in line with established policies and procedures. Keeping track of, storing, accessing, and/or analyzing electronic financial data. Utilize journals, ledgers, and/or computers to classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to generate and maintain financial records. Creating, maintaining, auditing, and disseminating statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables. Complete period-end closure procedures and reports in accordance with the specifications. Bills, invoices, and account statements are prepared, reviewed, reconciled, and issued in accordance with corporate policies. Maintain contact with and resolve past-due accounts and vendor bills until full payment is obtained or settled.
Coordinate duties and collaborate with other departments; act as a role model or mentor for other departments; assign and monitor work tasks to ensure they are performed on time and to the right quality standards. Report work-related accidents or other injuries to your manager/supervisor soon after they occur. Adhere to all corporate regulations and procedures; keep a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; maintain the confidentiality of private information; protect company assets. Communicate well with people; produce and evaluate written papers accurately and comprehensively; and answer telephones with acceptable manners. Develop and maintain positive working connections with others; assist team in accomplishing common goals; listen to and correctly respond to other employees’ issues. Without assistance, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing less than or equal to ten pounds. Carry out additional appropriate job obligations as directed by supervisors.
