In your day-to-day life,
At the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, we are looking for a full-time bellboy who wants to be part of a great team. As a Bellboy, you are in charge of providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, making sure their every stay is a memorable one. You will be in charge of greeting our guests in a professional and friendly way, exceeding their expectations from arrival to departure. You will also have to communicate effectively with other departments to make sure that service is delivered smoothly. • Keep an eye on the guest’s profile through the Opera Guest profile system. • Make sure the guest’s luggage is carried from the arrival point to the room and from the room to the departure point on check out. • Handle all messages, mail, and packages for Guests and Colleagues, making sure they are delivered at the right time and in a professional way. • Deliver the morning paper to the rooms.
What we want from you:
You should have at least two years of experience in a similar job in a four or five-star hotel or similar industry, as well as the ability to work with and interact with people from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, a focus on quality, high performance standards, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software.
