Work from Home / Remote Work but based in Dubai/UAE.

The job specification An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales, Marketing and Events Consultant to join our Business Development team of an ambitious Boutique Consulting, Training and Talent Search Firm. This position works to deliver public training workshops and Corporate Trainings by generating marketing leads and brand awareness to manage SPS Public Workshop/ Training/Conference calendar and creating content. You will work independently to achieve both the sales, marketing and revenue targets for each training/events. You will also have the confidence to communicate direct with the telesales, leads, trainers, hotels, and CEO. The role includes some weekend / out of hours working and local travel. You will be expected to take all necessary steps to ensure successful delivery and follow up of the event. All candidates must be able to work from home / remote from UAE. Hence a self sponsored or those on dependent visa is preferred.

The Candidate Responsibilities  Working independently to achieve the Public /Corporate Training Business Targets  Training Event research, planning, development, implementation on time and on budget  Ability to ensure each training takes off and successful with minimum and maximum seats sold, proposals sent, trainers booked, delivery made at quality and payments collected.  Content creation, including writing blogs, case studies, newsletters and social media Generate and nurture new event leads and manage them within the CRM database  Project management of each training event/program to ensure it is planned and executed well  Supplier and cost management  Contribution to budget planning, monitoring ongoing (and final) spend and delivering the best possible ROI for each events  Promoting our Consulting, Training and Talent Search Services to prospects via mobile and PC at events  Competitor feedback 

Essential skills and experience  A track record of managing training events/shows/conferences  Effective task management  Microsoft Office competent  Communication skills – telephone manner, email and face-to-face  Experience using sales and marketing software tools  Teamwork skills  Commercial and business awareness  Can-do attitude  Attention to detail Desirable skills and experience  Sales experience  Presentation skills  Budget management  Photoshop/Premiere Pro  Video production  Social media experience English and Arabic Language Note: All candidates to do a short presentation on how they planned and executed a Training event, project management, revenues they achieved, and complete a content writing task at the first interview.
