Date all food containers and rotate them according to policy, ensuring that all perishables are preserved at suitable temperatures. Check pars for shift use, determine what preparation is required, remove the freezer, and set up the line; Take note of any out-of-stock items or potential shortages; Return all food items that have not been utilized to designated storage places, making sure to cover/date all perishables; aid in developing plans and measures to address any food expense issues; Control food waste, loss, and utilization in accordance with policies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
