Job Description

We are now looking for dedicated and energetic Kitchen experts who take pride in providing exceptional levels of customer service and unique solutions to our visitors.

As a Chef de Partie, you are in charge of daily food preparation and chores assigned to satisfy the defined standards and quality, and your role will include crucial responsibilities such as:

Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in various divisions of the main kitchen or satellite kitchens.
Coordination of daily work with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef is required.
To fulfill the daily activities, follow the instructions and recommendations of your immediate superiors.
Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in daily preparation, and stay current on new products, recipes, and preparation procedures.
Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily food preparation duties, and actively participate in the setup and supervision of buffets and other functions.
Coordination and participation with other needs, cleanliness, waste, and cost control sectors
Check on daily requirements, functions, and last-minute activities.
On a daily basis, guide and train subordinates to ensure a high-motivation and cost-effective working environment.

Skills

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course, as well as previous experience in high-quality institutions and excellent culinary abilities. The ability to speak effectively in English, as well as a track record in food preparation, presentation, and preservation skills, is required.
