Planet 21 is an example of a social responsibility activity. You will be doing the following:
Cutting, slicing, and filleting several varieties of fish expertly
Preparing various types of sushi plates in accordance with set quality, quantity size, presentation, and food safety criteria.
Ensure that all food items for a la carte and/or buffet meals are prepared consistently in accordance with property recipes and standards.
Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used in the preparation of sushi meals and advising the Executive Chef when quality is subpar.
Effectively communicate with the rest of the team and thrive on visitor feedback Among your experience and abilities are:
Worked in luxury sushi restaurants and has shown experience
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Ability to function as part of a team cohesively and cooperatively
