Job Description

A Commis III influences every Guest experience by producing and presenting food in our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes.

What am I going to do?

As a Commis III, you will be in charge of maintaining the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations in our restaurants, bars, event facilities, in-hotel cafés, and to fulfill room service orders. Through the following activities, you will collaborate with your Team Members to provide a high-quality service experience that surpasses client expectations:

Ensure consistent high-quality food production in accordance with Hilton’s high quality expectations.

Complete tasks in a timely manner.

Contribute to kitchen revenue by controlling food costs effectively.

Provide assistance to the kitchen brigade.

Comply with all health and hygiene regulations.
