A leading Company in UAE that caters to the photo printing industry is actively looking for a FEMALE Customer Care Executive with exceptional selling and customer-oriented skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Generate sales leads through B2C and B2B approach to take extra mile in engaging clients.

2. Act as the customer point of contact and build sustainable relationship and trust through open and interactive communication.

3. Identify and assess customers’ needs, handle customer inquiries and complaints, follow up and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit.

4. Process orders with effective coordination to the Production Team.

5. Update and keep customer records via CRM.

6. Create Invoices and payment links for clients.

WHAT WE EMBRACE ABOUT YOU:

1. Acquired client service/customer support experiences

2. Thorough understanding of selling and marketing principles with reference to what will work, sizes, quality of image and color.

3. Customer orientation with adaptability to different types of characters

4. Excellent verbal and written professional/business standards of communication skills

5. Agile personality (Proactive, Engaging, Empathetic)

6. Strong Time Management and Organizational skills with Multi-Tasking abilities

7. Ability to work under pressure and dedicated to meet sales quota

8. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably ZoHo

WHAT WE CAN OFFER:

1. Salary range of AED 3,000 – AED 5,000

2. Three (3) year Residence Visa (Free Zone)

3. Medical Insurance for Self

4. Annual Leave of thirty (30) calendar days

5. Annual airfare ticket with an option to convert in cash

6. Two days off (Saturday and Sunday)

7. Eligibility for incentive and reward programs based on successful completion of works

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
