– Supports customers with a broad range of queries and the processing of governmental services via face-to-face interaction and cash handling which are the core components of this job. – Respond and recommend resolutions to escalated complaints through email if required, one to one customer interaction, or other means of communication. – Organizing the customer’s documents before handing them over to him and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the completed transactions Note – This position only for local staff
