Responsibilities

Supervise the preparation and cooking of food for service, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout all outlets.

To ensure that your section is kept clean to the highest standards. To ensure that every member of your staff understands and follows the Health, Safety, and Hygiene laws.

To guarantee that your section and fridges are maintained clean, and that stock is rotated properly in your fridges.

To ensure that you give a thorough handover to the next shift/Chef de Partie and that everything is in order before you conclude your job and go on your days off.

To assist with any additional needs as directed by the Executive/Sous Chefs.

Qualifications and Skills Preferred

Culinary training and at least one year of experience in a similar position in reputed restaurants or five-star hotels are required.

Experience in a brasserie ideal.

This position necessitates advanced culinary skills. It is preferable to have prior supervising experience.

Computer literacy is required, as well as excellent oral and written communication abilities.
