Job Description

Customer Support

At all times, execute on the brand promise and provide great guest service.
As needed, give great service to internal consumers.
To manage all visitor and internal customer complaints and queries in a courteous and effective way, and to follow up to ensure that problems are promptly resolved.


To work in and supervise the assigned station / section as well as the appropriate colleagues to guarantee that food products are prepared to the acceptable standard.
To keep the designated station / sector clean and orderly at all times.
To adhere to standard recipes and limit waste in order to keep the outlet’s food costs within budget.
To instruct the colleagues in the preparation and presentation of the goods as needed.
To make suggestions for alternate menu items, to fulfill special customer requests, and to communicate with customers in order to meet and surpass their culinary expectations.
To guarantee that all company basic brand requirements have been implemented, as well as optional brand standards where applicable.
To ensure that all Hyatt Touches and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are applied.
To collaborate with other departments in a helpful and flexible manner, in the spirit of “We work through Teams.”
To stay informed about the availability of seasonal and new products on the market.
To treat all operational equipment and supplies with care in order to minimize damage and waste.


To promote the punctuality and appearance of the outlet culinary associates in the station / section, ensuring that they wear the proper uniform and maintain a high quality of personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
To aid in the application of The People Philosophy by exhibiting and reinforcing Hyatt’s values and cultural characteristics.

Other responsibilities

To arrive for duty on time, wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Maintaining a high level of personal appearance and hygiene while adhering to hotel and department grooming requirements.
To always give friendly, courteous, and professional service.
Maintaining positive working ties with coworkers and other departments.
To study the hotel’s Associate Handbook and comprehend and comply to the hotel’s rules and regulations, particularly those relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
To comply with any applicable local legislation.
Respond to any changes in the department as mandated by the hotel’s demands.
In order to fulfill business demands and guest service needs, you must be flexible in your job function and perform any additional reasonable activities and responsibilities that may be given to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if necessary.
Participate in training sessions and meetings as needed.
