Amourion Group provides professional training services in the UAE, catering to both academic, language as well as corporate training courses. We have a sustained presence in the Emirate of Dubai having continually provided diversified academic and professional assistance services to clients for at least 10 years. We are currently looking for an organized and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team of excellence asap.

Job description

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Working closely with senior management to develop a strategy for integrated media campaigns.
  • Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms.
  • Improving the brand's awareness using digital media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Creating content for digital media platforms according to platform guidelines.
  • Writing content for search engine optimization.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all digital media channels.
  • Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy to boost the online visibility of all our websites and generate more business.
  • Design creatives for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Handle SMS and Email marketing
  • Promote all our brands on all popular social media websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and many more.
  • Work with all our brands to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases, podcasts, infographics, videos, etc.
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
  • Maintain and manage all our social media channels

Develop Word press websites for our business and students. (Added Advantage) *

Digital Media Specialist Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
  • Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.

Salary will be AED 8000-10000 + Work Visa + Medical Insurance + Annual Leaves + Annual Flight Ticket
