Our client is looking for an Executive Chef – Semi Fast Food that is innovative and skilled in all elements of food preparation.
Plan and direct culinary and food preparation activities.
Change or develop new menus that fulfill quality criteria.
Estimate the amount of food needed and the cost of food and labor.
Supervise the actions of kitchen employees.
Make arrangements for the acquisition and repair of equipment.
Recruit and manage kitchen personnel
Resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
Give prepared plates a “finishing touch”
carry out administrative tasks
Follow nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety norms.
Maintain time and payroll records.
Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor with employees and customers.
Working experience as a Head Chef is required.
Excellent kitchen management track record
Capability to identify and solve problems quickly
Capable of distributing a variety of responsibilities
Communication and leadership abilities are required.
Keep up with the latest cooking trends and best practices.
Knowledge of several computer software applications is required (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
A bachelor’s degree in culinary science or a comparable certificate is required.
