Female or Male Receptionists | Dubai Job Post

We are recruiting for two experienced female or male receptionists to join a Sports Science and Wellness clinic, as well as a State-of-the art High Performance Facility. This role is a full time position with a basic salary, employment visa, medical insurance, days paid leave, free use of the gym during off-peek hours and % off in-house services.

Responsibilities:

Admin:

• All computer work – word, excel, power point.
• Client registration, scheduling and bookings in our booking apps
• Insurance claims filling
• Inventory tracking
• Supplier management
• Daily accounting – closing the accounts, petty cash management

Communication and Management:

• Excellent client communication – able to explain as well as promote services:
• Clinic: able to discuss therapies and treatments,
• Lab: able to explain the gym and recovery equipment (employee will of course be trained on that)
• Able to run in person promotions during events days – talk to potential clients about our services
• Able to assist clients with automated recovery services and operates automated equipment (this will be based on a training)
