WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FOOTBALL COACH!!

Job responsibilities:

– Determining individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and factoring these into the gameplay and strategy sessions.

– Assist and contribute in handling events such as birthday parties and tournaments.

– Provide effective leadership.

– Contribute heavily to maximizing athletic talent of individuals and Organizing team building sessions and activities.

– Ensure grounds is a safe space for players to play safely in.

– Establishing rules and regulations and ensuring players are familiar with them.

– Assist in ensuring all sports equipment is available and in working order.

– Encouraging players to engage in other recreational sports and to live a healthy life with a balanced diet.

Qualifications:

– Comprehensive knowledge of football and its rules

– Experience in sports coaching recommended.

– Passion for football and in-depth knowledge of the game.

– Disciplined self-starter with a positive attitude.

– Knows how to handle and is patient with children.

Skills:

– Leadership skills.

– Team player and team building skills.

– String organizational and management skills.

– Motivational skills.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
