We are now looking for a service-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Agent/Receptionist.
Your major responsibility as a Guest Service Agent/Receptionist is to deliver high-quality service and a warm welcome to our guests. The job entails greeting guests as they enter the lobby, providing a smooth check-in and check-out process, providing useful information about the area and facilities, consistently assisting guests with their needs, serving food and beverage when necessary, and addressing any customer complaints or forwarding those complaints to management.
Your major goal will be to ensure that our customers have a good time and plan to return to our hotel.
To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a foundation of knowledge or six months of internship experience as a Guest Service Agent or Receptionist; familiarity with hospitality industry standards; proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus! Female candidates with an outgoing personality will be given preference. A customer-oriented and professional attitude is necessary, as well as exceptional communication skills and organizational and time-management ability. A diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferable, and computer literacy is required.
