Front Office Receptionist

What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional, positive and helpful attitude
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office
- Manage appojntments for senior management
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, travel arrangement's for the team (visa's, flights etc)
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Manage office expenses and utilities
- Sorting and distribute mail
- Assisting IT & HR with employee onboarding and off-boarding
What you’ll need:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works
- Attitude to 'get the job done'
- UAE driving license – preferable

- Attention to details.You have a meticulous eye for details and never let small details slip through the cracks
- Extremely organized.You are able to lean on your organization and time management skills to take on multiple projects at a time
