Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional, positive and helpful attitude
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office
  • Manage appojntments for senior management
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, travel arrangement's for the team (visa's, flights etc)
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Manage office expenses and utilities
  • Sorting and distribute mail
  • Assisting IT & HR with employee onboarding and off-boarding

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works
  • Attitude to 'get the job done'
  • UAE driving license – preferable
