Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and selection of related software for payroll calculation-To enable accurate and timely payroll calculation in your home country
-Creating and collating payroll reports in compliance with local tax authorities
-Local Manage all important payroll processes (setting involuntary deductions, maintaining and adjusting debt payments, valuing union fees).
-Schedule payroll collection and match collections to costs
-Evaluate and improve fast-growing processes and procedures, ensure compliance
- Gather information on local regulatory and policy changes and within the team for significant changes Communication
-Cross-departmental work to provide local payroll expertise
- Answer to complex payroll questions from employees
Job Requirements:
–A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in business, accounting, or related fields
-More than 3 years of pay rolling experience
