The Situation To meet and greet guests and ensure that they have a favorable first impression of the hotel. IMPORTANT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attend all scheduled flight landings and help incoming guests with luggage clearing and transportation directions. Assist departing guests with pre-check-in, ticket purchasing, and luggage clearing. Conducting car maintenance inspections Maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers Provide information on all hotel services, local points of interest, restaurants, doctors, and sightseeing tours, as well as any other information that may be of interest to visitors. Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed. Resolve issues relating to the arrival and departure of guests Forecast and guarantee that vehicle expenses and amenity requirements are efficiently ordered PERSONAL CHARACTERS Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in the English language Capable of collaborating effectively with coworkers and management as a team member Capable of being sensitive to visitor needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times Possibility of fostering great relationships with hotel residents and guests Capacity to make sound judgments when dealing with unpleasant guests COMPETENCES COMPREHENSION AND ABILITY TO WORK IN A MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT Education in secondary/high school A valid driver’s license in the United Arab Emirates EXPERIENCE Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry of at least one year
