PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend all scheduled airplane landings, assisting new guests with baggage clearance and directing them to transportation services. Assist departing guests with pre-check-in, ticketing, and luggage clearance. Conducting car maintenance inspections Interacting with guests and coworkers in a professional way Provide information about all hotel services, area points of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours, and anything else that may be of interest to visitors. Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed. Handle issues related to guest arrivals and departures. Forecast and guarantee that vehicle expenditures and amenity requirements are properly ordered.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in the English language Ability to collaborate with coworkers and management as part of a team. Ability to be sensitive to guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times. Possibility of fostering great relationships with hotel inhabitants and patrons Ability to use sound judgment when dealing with problematic guests
QUALIFICATIONS COMPREHENDING AND ABILITY TO WORK IN A MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT Secondary and secondary school education EXPERIENCE: A valid driver’s license in the UAE A minimum of one year’s experience in the hotel or customer service business is required.
