Job Description

  • Lead and manage the hiring process
  • Lay down the policies and procedures in line with company's global policies and local law
  • Plan and organize the training & development programs i.e. orientation and promotion training
  • Carry out and review Employee performance assessments i.e. KRAs and KPIs and recommend the outcomes to the management
  • Take charge of employee engagement initiatives and rewards schemes
  • Coach employee and managers on organizational practices, processes, policies, procedures, competencies and values
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance as per company policy and legal requirements
  • Create policies, review the processes and recommend changes to management


  • HR education background
  • Team Management experience
  • At least 05 years' local working experience in HR manager role
  • Strong Knowledge of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Male, Age upto 45 years
  • Any Nationality with UAE driving license

Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
