- Lead and manage the hiring process
- Lay down the policies and procedures in line with company's global policies and local law
- Plan and organize the training & development programs i.e. orientation and promotion training
- Carry out and review Employee performance assessments i.e. KRAs and KPIs and recommend the outcomes to the management
- Take charge of employee engagement initiatives and rewards schemes
- Coach employee and managers on organizational practices, processes, policies, procedures, competencies and values
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance as per company policy and legal requirements
- Create policies, review the processes and recommend changes to management
Requirements:
- HR education background
- Team Management experience
- At least 05 years' local working experience in HR manager role
- Strong Knowledge of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Male, Age upto 45 years
- Any Nationality with UAE driving license
