Job Description

  • We are hiring for HR Recruiter in UAE.
  • "India languages would be an Advantage"
  • Develop hiring plans for every department in the hotel based on seasonal necessities.
  • * Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
  • * Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.
  • * Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
  • * Arrange employee records such as contracts, and pay special attention to visas and work permits.
  • Relevant Degree or PG
  • * 3 to 5 years of HR Recruiter
  • * Past experience with Recruitment in Hospitality Industry.
  • * Knowledge of labor and hotel regulations and UAE Laws.

Salary: AED 5000 to AED 6000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
