Job Description

Invoicing clerk cum customer service WITH EXPERIENCE IN ZOHO BOOKS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Professional in answering phone calls as well as responding emails
  • Knowledge of EXCEL, WORD, and other related jobs.
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skill (English mandatory)
  • Create, review, and submit invoices based on the terms and agreement with clients.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing process, including providing quality assurance, quality control, and customer service;
  • Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
  • Reporting issues or irregularities to the Senior Accountant of the company.
  • Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
  • Responsible for documentation/ filing work for the department.
  • Reconcile all Petty Cash Vouchers and obtain required approvals.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience
  • Good microsoft skills
  • Good english skills
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Minimum 1 year UAE experience with ZOHO BOOKS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
