Our company provides customers with Web Designing & Development, Mobile Application Design & Development and Software development services.

The candidate can be experienced in any industry, selling software, IT services, and solutions to B2B customers. The role includes all activities of the complete sales cycle starting from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales.

1. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Generate leads from sources (online/offline) to develop and maintain an updated sales database of key customer stakeholders.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Daily contact with potential customers – remote possible and on site when required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring new projects

Sales

  • Generate business from new clients and create new commercial opportunities for existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales revenue targets.
  • Achieve set KPI including number of appointments set, number of effective sales calls, and number of outbound calls made.
  • Keep records of all client accounts and/or sales leads and submit them to management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in order to be effective in selling

Account Management

  • Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Development in implementation and Installations to ensure customers are fully supported at all times. Liaise with existing clients at least once per 60 days to gauge the effectiveness of products sold and identify new needs and request referrals for new business.
  • Scoping and developing new annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
  • Proven experience in IT Corporate Projects and Graphic designed logos, brochures, flyers, and alike projects sales
  • Experience in designing and executing digital web-based B2B marketing campaigns.

Engagement

  • Effectively represent the organization at events, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Engage with vendors and trade partners to identify potential sales synergies.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and forecasting future revenue to the management.
  • Fill out all day-to-day interactions in the internal customer management system.

2. Requirements:

  • Experience using google ads or Facebook ads, and analytics software such as Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge on Hubspot CRM will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of IT trends and IT specifications
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Ability to Develop Proposals for the government authorities concerned
  • Ability to develop a pipeline of customers who express interest in the product and prepare any quotes
  • Experienced in tender participation.
  • Ability to provide technical advice after-sales.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability in conveying the features and benefits of the products and services and closing the deal using sales and negotiation tactics.
  • Should be able to overcome rejection and be able to work under pressure to meet quotas.
  • Ability to convert prospective clients into customers using IT and sales acumen and provide customization of products according to the client's needs.
  • Strategize with management and fellow IT executives based on feedback from the field.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in researching and recommending new ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Develop partnerships with other companies to grow the business
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English, Arabic or French will be a plus.

3. Experience:

  • Sales: Minimum 3 years (Required)
  • UAE experience is a must, preferably the latest job should be in UAE
  • Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
  • Commission based salary
