IT Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Support Engineer with 5-7 years of work experience.

Age – Less than 35 years

Job Purpose:

• To provide a technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security and compliance of Enterprise Systems, with a focus on Windows and Linux Administration.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Networks and Firewalls across company’s various locations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The role holder will provide server support across company’s locations. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have a proven track record in the installation, configuration, maintenance, security & compliance of Enterprise Systems [Windows and Linux O/S].

The role holder will need strong network implementation and configuration skills and a proven ability to work within an integrated team of technical and non-technical personnel.

· Configuring and maintain Windows and Linux servers including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading

· To manage servers, computers and other related devices on networks

· Provide onsite and remote support as required

· Oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, and storage on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting

· Keep track of data entering or exiting the organization to secure the networks

· Carrying out backup and recovery functions, and monitoring the performance of servers at all times.

· Use best practices and keep in touch with internal and external business matters to enhance products and services of the organization

· Development of technical standards and associated documentation

· Projects delivered on time and to specification

· Should be available on a weekend if needed

· Perform other duties as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Managing Server, Network and Firewall: 5 years (Required)
