Lifeguard / Swimming Coach

An established Health Club in Dubai is looking to hire a Lifeguard / Swimming Coach.

This is a salary, plus commission-based full-time job, offering employment visas, medical insurance, over-time, annual paid time off, and other benefits.

Commission on swimming lesson conducted is up to 60% (depending on performance towards targets)

Rotating Shifts – 6 days a week.

Life Guard / Swimming Coach Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification is a must
• Certification in Swimming is a must
• Understand of pool maintenance
• Excellent lifesaving skills
• Comfortable selling swimming lesson packages to members

• Enjoy meeting people, can deliver great customer service & maintain a good rapport with members
• Possess strong positive, motivational, & interpersonal skills
• Communicate effectively and have command of the English language
• Strong work ethics, confident & professional
• Self-starter & hold strong organizational skills
• Flexible to work in the required hours
• Can work towards targets
• Good admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Works
• Disciplined, hardworking & trustworthy
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
