The ideal candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Conduct comprehensive reviews, synthesis, and analyses of research, academic and policy papers, articles, and reports.
o Collect, enter, clean, and analyze data for creating databases and performing the appropriate statistical data analysis.
o Generate, elaborate, and develop of valuable contents and insights for market studies, assessments, courses, tender processes, newsletters, press releases, social media posts and presentations.
o Assist with the preparation of meeting’s summaries, B2B Meetings’ agendas and internal and external presentations.
o Keep the center’s website, social medial channels and newsletters updated with the contents.
o Attend business meetings and exhibitions in Dubai for supporting and promoting service offering.
o Support HTMC Directors with the leads and new business opportunities generation for the centre.
o Carry out administrative tasks, scheduling appointments over the phone and through email.
o Any other assigned responsibilities.
Skills and Competencies:
o Ability to compile, review, filter, synthesize, and interpret information which is varied in content, format, languages, and sources.
o Strong research skills in a structured and evidence-based manner (using internal and external resources) as well as advanced knowledge of software tools for conducting comprehensive analysis and studies and delivering impactful presentations.
o Excellent problem solving and analytical skills including ability to understand and interpret quantitative and qualitative research findings within the context of the projects transforming them into valuable recommendations.
o Strong organizational skills, including the ability to produce a high quality and accurate work documents with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and extremely tight deadline pressure.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written, oral and visual).
o Ability to work effectively with the staff at all levels as well as experience in working with agile development teams and remote setups.
o Uphold the code of ethics and business conduct.
o Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, International Business, or relevant equivalent.
o Experience: 2-3 years working as a researcher or consultant for a reputed company in the international trade space with a focus on Muslim countries
o Communication Skills: Fluent in English. Other languages, such as Arabic, Spanish, Chinese or French, are a plus.
o ICT Skills: Extensive knowledge and competent handling of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

Salary: From AED12,000.00 per month
