YNAP Middle East is now seeking an exceptionally talented Marketing & PR Executive to join the Marketing & PR team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
  • Support in developing and executing Marketing and PR plans to deliver overall revenue and new customer targets in conjunction with the Marketing and PR teams in HQ
  • Champion the voice of the Middle Eastern customer – ensure all strategies and plans across teams integrate local customers and market insight
  • Work seamlessly with the Brand Marketing Team to execute global campaigns with a regional focus and support Middle East Brand Marketing and PR manager with localized initiatives
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Media Manager, develop and execute the media and PR plan for the region. This includes Paid Social campaigns, digital display and Outdoor campaigns, PR directives and organic placements in publications.
  • Support in creating market- leading partnerships throughout the region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
  • Execute best in class events to drive both new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement (recruit new EIPs at events and engage with existing EIPs) as well as press and influencers.
  • Support in developing market-specific cross-channel acquisition and retention campaigns with cross- functional partners-
  • Optimise local events, holidays and moments through partnership with cross-functional teams such as Email Marketing, CRM, Channel Marketing, PR, Performance Marketing and Editorial to drive local engagement and brand awareness
  • Work hand in hand with the Personal Shopping and Client Relations team to drive EIP customer strategy and business across the region
  • Working closely with procurement and finance teams to raise invoices and POs and manage marketing and PR accruals for each brand
  • Create company standard powerpoint presentations on a regular basis to present plans to the relevant teams. Reporting on marketing campaigns and PR coverage.
  • Work closely with the PR agency account leads on developing PR strategy (product seeding initiatives, influencer and celebrity dressings, and press clippings) to support global and local campaigns.
  • Support the business growth objectives of a number of EIPs in the region through new customer engagement via events and other partnerships.
The type of person we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of solid marketing experience as Marketing & PR Executive level ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience of working with digital channels
  • Highly creative and idea-focused individual demonstrated through a proven track record of implementing successful and innovative marketing campaigns with an appreciation of the luxury market and environment
  • Strong partner, stakeholder, and project management experience
  • Aptitude with numbers, reporting tools, and strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills required
  • Proactive, self-confident, and highly motivated team player
  • Proficient in English
  • Understanding and passion for retail, fashion, lifestyle, travel and art
