In Marketing Science, our mission is to help all businesses grow by transforming marketing practices grounded in data and science. We are looking for a skilled and motivated manager to join our team, who can design a strategy and operating model to deliver this mission at scale to hundreds of clients in MENA. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in research, analytics or ad effectiveness who can coach their team to design scalable solutions, education, research and insights to meet the needs of clients. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse set of internal stakeholders in Marketing Science, Sales, Creative, Marketing and external stakeholders.

Marketing Science Manager, MENA Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a team of highly skilled experts in the space of advertising effectiveness, research and digital measurement who are focused on helping us scale our measurement solutions across the business.
  • You will design a strategy and service model that allows for us to support our largest advertisers and the development of our Marketing Science practice in MENA
  • You will coach your team on providing strategic recommendations and actionable, evidence based guidance at scale to the set of clients supported.
  • You will build connections with our clients to understand their needs and support your team in developing approaches that meet our aims of helping all clients understand true marketing effectiveness, grounded in data and science.
  • You will design and lead an approach for supporting the measurement development of other advertisers across Middle East, Africa and Turkey without dedicated support through approaches that can scale to many.
  • You will collaborate closely with other teams to evaluate progress of our approach and make recommendations on how to operate with greater effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have a deep understanding of brand and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.
  • You have 8+ years’ experience in research, analytics or ad effectiveness.
  • Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • You are comfortable communicating complex topics to a non-technical audience.
  • You are able to influence and partner with a variety of stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • You have experience in leading a team of highly skilled individuals and are familiar with the design and implementation of strategies for teams producing complex insights to a wider audience.
  • You have a degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioural or social science or a related quantitative field.
