Marketing Specialist

We are currently hiring a Marketing Specialist preferably with an experience in F&B settings. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs that increase brand exposure and sales.

Principal responsibilities
– Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the higher management
– Drafting, implementing and monitoring annual marketing strategy
– Plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count, check average and sales
– Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively
– Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community
– Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the brands
– Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
– Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
– Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar discipline
– 3-6 years professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Advertising, or Publishing with a demonstrated track record of driving results
– 3 years minimum requirement as Marketing Specialist preferably in F&B settings

– Should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches

– Proficient in Microsoft office (Microsoft Powerpoint is a must)
– Knowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, and WordPress etc.
– Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets
– Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
