About Our Client Our client is a noteworthy asset management and business support firm. They are currently looking to expand their team and have introduced a brand-new position of a Receptionist, who must be a Native French Speaker.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Answering and transferring phone calls in a kind and friendly way. Up-keeping the reception and common area, ensuring it is always tidy and clean. Welcoming guests in warm manner, answering any queries. Receiving deliveries and distributing any letters to the correct individuals. Notifying company personnel of a visitor. Maintaining the general office filing system, both online and offline. Operating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for this Receptionist role must be: A Native French Speaker with 1-2 years of corporate experience

Degree qualified

Must be proficient with MS Office tools Professional in dealing with individuals and clients

Effective in their communication

Attentive – listening carefully to employee and visitor requirements Based in the UAE What’s on Offer The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances.
