The Role

• Respond to telephone and internet queries and complaints to ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items.
• Receive, track, and report on the conversion of all inquiries received via email and phone into sales
• Ensure that all product lines are updated on the web store platform
• Work closely with the service partners’ teams to ensure that all online purchases are delivered.
• Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
• Deliver retail and customer service activities to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Carry out duties to help support the vision, mission statement in line with the company's core values

Requirements

• Solid Sales, negotiation Skills. Grit and a can-do attitude
• Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent English language skills.
• Experience working with online sales platforms is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Desirable proficient in one or more of these languages (in addition to English): Arabic, Russian, Hindi
• Desirable: experience in tour packages or food and beverage insustry.
• Should be able to work in Morning, Evening & Night on a rotational basis. Should be able to work 6 days a week.
• Tech Savvy (Basic system and software know-how, Helpdesk ticketing system)
• Remote work, candidate should have access to good internet and quite, work like background for communication and work.
• Candidates who have their own visa will be preferred.
• Ad hoc assignment with possible travel around UAE might be required (10-20% of the time)

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
