We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we’re looking for an Operations Lead. The Operations Lead will be directly responsible for preparing and scaling the city operationally to be able to deliver a world class experience and service to our valued guests. You will have full ownership over the city portfolio and the operational set up to consistently scale up the city and deliver on our brand promise across operations, hospitality and Guest Experience.

Your Objectives are:

Build and manage the end to end operation across our portfolio in the city. Your highest priorities are to take hospitality to the next level, with an objective of creating flawless ongoing operations across the company, ensuring an amazing guest experience while staying focused on creating and optimizing the efficiency of our ongoing operations.

Efficiently manage the full scale operations across all properties in the city including Cleaning, Maintenance, Guest Experience and compliance with all country standards for buildings.

At Stella Stays, you will:

  • Act as a primary member of the Stella Stays team in the office & in the field
  • Act as the main point of contact in the country for our Central Business Team – Most consistently in communication with the Director of Global Operations.
  • Create and build the Stella Stays operational model in the city from the ground-up, starting with understanding and being involved in the finest details of our operations.
  • Support with the initial launch through sourcing and direct involvement on-site.
  • Manage & Oversee the Stella Stays team in the city for Operations, Cleaning, Maintenance, & Guest Experience.
  • Make sure all operational team members manage their time properly and efficiently and deliver their work in a timely manner.
  • Build, manage, and oversee quality vendor relationships with housekeeping and logistics companies, as well as with property managers, maintenance workers, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and more.
  • Oversee & Manage the back-of-house logistics for the entire hospitality operation, including our supplies and equipment, staff, and infrastructure.
  • Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks in our units to ensure that hospitality standards are met consistently and robust feedback to our vendors is relayed in a timely manner.
  • Constantly improve and innovate our processes and assume responsibility for cost savings through careful analysis and creative solutions.
  • Be a master of city reporting as well as cost & quality control.
  • Constantly improving processes to make sure we’re always delivering on the Stella Stays brand promise.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience, Real Estate Development, Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to drive ongoing operational growth, strategies and processes.
  • Travel to multiple Stella properties throughout the local market, as required.

  • Proven track record of delivering high quality operations and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to make your city successful.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who will find creative ways to hit targets.
  • Able to thrive in a remote market, leading the local team, in an autonomous way.
