Job Description

Increase the sales revenue by high hospitality and worm welcome .

Manage the guest & Transportation timing related to the take off point and time .

Manage the daily basis and prepare financial reports as needed during camp task.

Assist with event and program preparation

Follow the passengers indemnity forms .

Perform other duties as assigned by the management .

Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Process bookings in case of flight cancellation due to bad weather or other reasons

Coordinate tour departures each hour

General promotion of MAHA B Working with the Sales Manager educates hotels, resorts and outside booking agents about the company, tours, promotions and commission opportunities.

Deliver and maintain supply of brochures and other promotion material to hotels, resorts and outside booking agents.

Demonstrate outstanding teamwork, communication and collaboration with all employees.

Follow-up on concierge issues/tour concerns.

Knowledge of the relevant geography such as arrange ,editing and follow-up the video task for passengers .

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
