Job Description


Define and roll-out the training strategy and action plan according to HQ guidelines and in coordination with HQ and market specific development needs.

Define and execute training action plan for retail and wholesale sales staffs: deliver training, E-learning, Retail coaching follow-up, Ambassador Program…

Identify specific needs for improvement to enhance staff skills in line with market/network objectives.

Share training practices and tools with HQ, and within the region, to guarantee message consistency and resource optimization.


Be a Piaget expert

Be the reference in terms of knowledge on Piaget for all sales teams.

Learn and know Piaget history, creations and on-going Brand activity to share with the local sales team.

Constant check of the competition environment: know the key players in the markets in terms of product offer and Piaget competitive advantage.

Participate to Piaget HQ’s main trainings: Trainer’s week at SIHH, High Jewelry trainings to roll-out locally…

Be a Trainer

Plan, organize and coordinate all retail and wholesale trainings. All administration should be done on our platform, Piaget Excellence Center.

Train all teams on Piaget Brand, creations (watch, jewelry and High jewelry) and know-how with the objective to teach how to sell to our clients.

Coach our sales teams:

 Be present in the Boutiques to ensure learning and training dynamic.

 Conduct role-play to ensure the sales speech is mastered according to the Piaget Circle.

 Follow-up of sales trainings (made by external consultants) with team and Boutique managers to optimize Boutique performance.

Brand’s ambition:

Piaget local trainings have to be professional, interactive and creative.

Piaget trainings, in particular for wholesale, should be a reference on the market.

Be a learning development manager

Based on guidelines provided by HQ, local HR and your commercial local strategy, you will:

 Build your annual training program (novelties, e-training, collection launch, specific local).

 Establish individual training path according to the needs (High jewelry, watch expert, new comers…).

 Plan, consolidate and control the training budget at regional level and challenge cost / time / benefits on a quarterly basis

 Share and exchange with Piaget HQ on local actions and expectations.

 Propose and select external consultants to conduct specific trainings when necessary

 Monitor quality of service provided by external consultants

Supports the Retail Performance

 Identify high potential team members in retail teams (aspiring Boutique managers, aspiring HJ sales ambassadors) and contribute to their personal development and growth in coordination with local retail managers

 Analyze, propose and implement action plans to improve the performance of retail staff in coordination with retail managers and marketing teams (FTE performance on total sales, HJ, by product category, mystery shopping results

 Monitors Mystery Shopping program result follow up and action plans

 Contributes to formalizing and implement Individual development plans for key members of the retail community

 A minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven track record in a training management position within the Luxury Goods, Services and hospitality industry

 Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to solve problem and offer proven and sound suggestions

 Personality fit with Piaget values and spirit

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic, persuasive and motivating with others in a consistent manner

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Excellent customer service orientation

 Highly self-motivated, confident, organized efficient, good attention to detail

 Analytical, result and action oriented

 Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-site organization

 Strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation

 Strong computer skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint

 Fluent English and Arabic a plus
