Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic sales professionals to join the commercial advertising team at CPI Trade Media to work across our growing portfolio of events, websites and magazines.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career, selling a wide range of advertising, sponsorship and content marketing solutions to some truly amazing clients. You will be supported with on-the-job training and coaching.

Our market-leading brands enable us to produce products across multiple channels and grow our commercial revenues, so we need talented salespeople to help support the next stage of our growth!

This role operates in a fast-growing vertical market and offers an excellent opportunity to work with some amazing brands in the UAE and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong ambition to build a successful career in media sales having experience in a customer-facing role. You may be working currently in a target-driven environment such as retail. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, passionate, engaging, creative thinker who has the ability to build lasting business relationships.

The role is office and field based for in-person meetings. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience + commission opportunities and other benefits (see below).


Our Commercial Team

Our commercial team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and client-focused salespeople are the marketing voice of our brands. We create smart solutions to deliver on our client's marketing needs with the support from other internal teams to help our commercial clients achieve their goals through effective advertising solutions.

You will be a key player within a specialist vertical team, but we are also part of a wider division. Our salespeople have a reputation for being creative, delivering exceptional service, and being experts in their markets. They are adaptable, flexible, and embrace a challenge. We have a strong work ethic and go the extra mile to ensure we hit our targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maximizing commercial opportunities and generating revenue from clients across your vertical market. Sell print, digital, creative solutions and relevant events and awards sponsorship, working to secure your brand as a strategic partner with key accounts.
  • Develop advanced sales skills particularly in negotiation and work with multiple clients developing new opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and proactively feedback back to internal teams on requirements to pre-empt your client's future needs, taking a long-term approach to client management.
  • Develop a good knowledge of other divisional brands to maximize client spend across the brands, including the use of audience and data ad products to secure large deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
