RoboStores is an Automated Robotic Ecommerce Fulfilment Center looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, as well as to develop a new Sales team and sales process for the company.
- Create the sales process for RoboStores.
- Find clients with products that need our Services and negotiate pricing and contract for them
- Bring in clients for RoboStores facility tours
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Analyze the competition.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new clients.
- Keep ahead of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
