Job Description

We are hiring a hardworking Secretary to join our growing team.

To carry out all tasks related to the smooth functioning of the administrative aspects of the engineering department and to ensure the completion of all requested tasks systematically, accurately and in an efficient and professional manner.

Description:

Provide secretarial support to Manager and maintains the smooth running of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

  • Answered incoming and outgoing calls while recording messages or responding immediately to client or contractor request.
  • Created and maintained all files, documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence required to manage efficient office operation.
  • Support the manager in distributing workload to contractors. Tracked all work orders from arrival to delivery.
  • Compiled documentation required for final work order packaging and arranged for on time delivery to client.
  • Managed office supplies, vendors, organization, and upkeep of office.

Desired Skills

  • Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
  • Good command of team collaboration and listening skills to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
  • Computer literate in all outlooks, MS Office.
  • Exhibiting commendable soft skills with an innate understanding of the real challenges in specific tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
