Senior Housekeeping Supervisor – Job Responsibility
(SALARY 2500-3500)
– Giving instructions or orders to subordinate 20 plus employees.
– Organize staff Daily Schedule and manage work flow
– Providing training to the housekeeping staff. Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
– Eye for detail and accuracy in checking the Guest room after the cleaning
– Ensure the housekeeping team follow the standard procedure.
– Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
– Ensure great customer service at all levels.
– Hands-on experience with cleaning
– Improving efficiency and planning for effective use of Manpower.
– Improve consumable usage and use of appropriate consumables
– Improve the systems and Process along with efficient
– Customer complaint Handling
Requirements
– UAE Driving license preferred
– Fluent in English
– Experience in Hotel/ Holiday Homes – 2 years minimum
– Computer literacy.
– Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
– Ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month
