This is an exciting opportunity for an executive with compelling post merger integration (PMI) experience. Senior consultants with experience from MBB, Big 4 or similar will be considered, as well as those with demonstrable experience in PMI from a large corporation. The individual should have the ability to drive change across complex organisations, in order to join a growing team that has deployed significant capital into businesses across multiple sectors.

- Experience of leading change in acquired businesses
- Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
- Credible with portfolio companies’ C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
