  • Own Jetex Career site and LinkedIn page administration and development
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process across the organisation, including screening, interviewing and placing workers
  • Stay up to date on local hiring laws and regulations
  • Source top talent through online and offline channels
  • Manage effective communication with candidates and set expectations throughout the process to provide a seamless experience
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Implement cultural & behavioural assessment and structured interview practices
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
  • Assist Hiring Managers with technical assessment requirements and facilitation
  • Constantly work on improvement of onboarding program and facilitate new-joiner sessions
  • Conduct onboarding surveys to measure new-joiners engagement and identify areas for improvement
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Develop formal referral program
  • Conduct reference checks
Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Partner with the business throughout hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Advise decision makers to help them achieve their business objectives and provide recruitment recommendations
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Enabling and educating hiring managers on the recruitment process and ensure that the experience for both candidates and hiring managers is seamless.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques

Specific / Technical Skills
  • Fluent and effective communicator
  • Has a keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
  • Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
  • Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
