Talent Acquisition
- Manage full cycle recruitment process across the organisation, including screening, interviewing and placing workers
- Stay up to date on local hiring laws and regulations
- Source top talent through online and offline channels
- Manage effective communication with candidates and set expectations throughout the process to provide a seamless experience
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Implement cultural & behavioural assessment and structured interview practices
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
- Assist Hiring Managers with technical assessment requirements and facilitation
- Constantly work on improvement of onboarding program and facilitate new-joiner sessions
- Conduct onboarding surveys to measure new-joiners engagement and identify areas for improvement
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Develop formal referral program
- Conduct reference checks
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Partner with the business throughout hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Advise decision makers to help them achieve their business objectives and provide recruitment recommendations
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Enabling and educating hiring managers on the recruitment process and ensure that the experience for both candidates and hiring managers is seamless.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Has at least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques
Specific / Technical Skills
- Fluent and effective communicator
- Has a keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
- Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
- Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
