Social Media Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join us. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve online engagement and sentiment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain our brand
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interacting with audiences and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Analyzing and developing a media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the organization's marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
