If your answer is YES to all of the above then we have the perfect opportunity for you! At Meltwater, we are looking for an entry level Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to help form our established EMEA TA team.

You will be responsible for owning the full talent acquisition cycle, proactively sourcing for key sales talent within the UAE. You are part of our leadership team and take full ownership for all recruitment and employer branding related initiatives in the UAE. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of high potential candidates to grow our sales teams and contribute to our company vision and mission.

You will work with and learn from a strong leadership team, in a supportive environment focused on culture, personal development and career advancement.

The Role:
You will manage a full cycle hiring process of our sales team
Actively headhunt for talent through a variety of creative sources including emails, phone calls, social media, and industry partners for candidate referrals
You will manage the recruitment pipeline in our ATS, from application to final interview
You will ensure our candidates are taken on the best possible journey from start to finish!
You will work intently with the Sales Directors to develop their headcount goals and build an impressive recruitment strategy for each office
You will lead all our employment branding initiatives within the UAE
You will be responsible for University relations and engagement programmes – including attending Career Fairs.

Your Qualifications:
In true Meltwater fashion…..entrepreneurial spirit, drive & killer instinct!
University degree (preferable HR) with strong academic results
1-2 years of full cycle recruitment experience
An exceptional communicator, and a strong collaborator who can also be trusted to work independently to deliver on projects
Experience using data to drive recruitment pipelines
Passion for digital media, technology and what it can do for businesses today
Excellent level of proficiency in written and spoken English
