About the Role:

We are currently looking for UAE National_ Manager Business Applications Digital who will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to different team of specialists to support and deliver business solutions in their domain expertise aligned with IT strategy.

It is also expected from them to provide domain/solution knowledge and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve common goals and deliverables.

This role is supposed to have strong understanding of the Digital & UX needs of the business and collaborate between the business, BSM and the technical teams to understand and document the business requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phase
  • Manage the FSD preparation
  • Manage RFC/SOW preparation
  • Manage/Prepare RFAs
  • Manage/Prepare TCOs
  • Assist in BRD creation
  • Assist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EA
  • Coordination in System Testing where required
  • Ensure proper governance of the testing scope in alignment to original requirements

Demand Collaboration:

  • Able to engage businesses stakeholders in conversation and requirement gathering and analysis
  • Able to engage with Technical stakeholders in conveying requirements and solutioning
  • Experience and thorough understanding of digital life cycle and projects; from design to build and support
  • Experience in managing digital projects; Websites, ecommerce, Mobile Apps
  • Emphasis on customer experience and drive to improve processes
  • Able to document requirements clearly and thoroughly using various tools; FSD, User Story, or BRDs
  • Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phase
  • RFC/SOW preparation/ coordination
  • Prepare RFPs / RFIs
  • Assist in the preparation of TCOs for projects
  • Assist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EA
  • Coordination in System Testing where required
  • Participate in project UATs and govern the testing scope alignment to the original requirement

Leadership & Team Management

  • Working with an engaged team to plan and prioritise their workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals (with managers) and support to continually improve their performance and results.
  • Develop team in line with target competencies and build adequate bench strength for future.
  • Resources assigned to project teams, to be managed as appropriate to the needs of application support priorities.

About the requirements:

Must be a UAE National with family book

Education: College or University degree in Computer Science/IT or a related discipline

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • 5 years of experience in Digital field, in Change Management & Projects related to websites/ web applications
  • 1+ years’ experience in similar role managing ecommerce projects

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Project Coordination skills; aligning project stakeholders on design and functional requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
